| The apartment El Màrmol is located in the main building of the Finca La Gaviota and comprises two bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms lacks a window since the house was built on a mountainside!
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons and has a bathroom with a bath tub.
The apartment can be entered from the terrace via a big sliding door.
The generous built-in kitchen with a dinette contains a cooking stove with fan oven, a microwave oven, a mixer, a coffee machine and a toaster. A big fridge with combined freezer has enough space for bulk buyings.
A washing machine is also available at the Finca. |

The Finca La Gaviota is located in Buen Paso, a district of Icod de los Vinos, in the North of Tenerife on a headland about 90 meters above the sea level. The property is surrounded by banana plantations and wine-growing districts.
The mainbuilding of the Finca and its holiday flats are located in the roomy area of 5000 sqm.
Five bungalows are located beneath the mainbuilding. Two of the bungalows were built side by side as semi-detached buildings. One bungalow is freestanding. Two newly built bungalows are opposite to the freestanding bungalow and the orchard in between contains palm trees and ornamental shrubs for camouflage.
Our german baker sells beside the bakery products also organic products from Tenerife, fruits, home-made jams, vegetables etc..
